Hello and welcome back. As always, I hope this post finds you well on this amazing journey we are on.
I thought I would share some quick ways to cleanse yourself energetically when you are feeling down or dealing with negative energies.
My favourite which I have mentioned before is sunlight. Studies have shown that just 10 to 15 minutes in the sun each day will help lift your mood. The sunlight also helps to cleanse your aura. While in the sun you can visualise the negativity dissolving away and being replaced with the beautiful light and warmth of the sunshine.
I also love grounding with the earth as many of you will know. While you are grounding visualise all the negative energy you are carrying travelling down your body and into the earth. Take several deep breaths and feel this negativity being released and soaked up by the earth. Continue to breath deeply and feel your body being restored with positive and loving energy coming up from the earth and into your body.
If you are not in a position to get out into the sun or ground to the earth, you can visualise a golden orb in your heart center. The heart center is your connection to Creator source. Visualise this golden orb expanding out to surround you and your energy field. Now slowly bring this orb back in and see it collecting anything negative as it makes its way back in. Send this back to the creator so it can be transformed back to love and light and feel your body now being filled up with positivity and love.
Visualisation is a very powerful tool. As everything is energy, this means the visualisations are also energy and assist us in clearing out the negativity that we no longer wish to carry. It is ideal if you choose any of these methods and use it on a daily basis to help keep your energy field as clear as possible.
For the next few weeks please feel free to try any of these methods on a regular basis or feel free to come up with your own visualisation to cleanse your being.
